Disconnect the quick connect coupling.
Refer to: Quick Release Coupling (310-00A Fuel System - General Information - 1.0L EcoBoost (92kW/125PS), General Procedures).

Disconnect the quick release couplings and position aside the EVAP purge valve hose.
Refer to: Quick Release Coupling (310-00A Fuel System - General Information - 1.0L EcoBoost (92kW/125PS), General Procedures).

Detach the retainer and disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the mounting bracket nuts and remove the EVAP purge valve assembly.
Torque:
62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Remove the EVAP canister purge valve bracket.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

a plastic scraping tool to clean the gasket sealing surfaces.
Inspection
