when working on an evaporative emission (EVAP) system or fuel-related

Remove the EVAP blocking valve.
Refer to: Evaporative Emission Blocking Valve (303-13A Evaporative
Emissions - 1.0L EcoBoost (92kW/125PS), Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the EVAP solenoid electrical connector and position aside the wiring harness.

Detach the wiring harness retainers and position aside the wiring harness.

Remove the adaptor and position aside the fuel vapour vent hose.

Disconnect the quick connector and position aside the fuel vapour return hose.

Remove the nuts, screws and EVAP canister assembly.
Torque:
62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Disconnect the quick connector.
Refer to: Quick Release Coupling (310-00A Fuel System - General Information - 1.0L EcoBoost (92kW/125PS), General Procedures).

Remove the bolts and EVAP bracket.
Torque:
62 lb.in (7 Nm)
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
