Ford Ecosport: Exterior Trim and Ornamentation / Removal and Installation - Front Door Upper Moulding

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.

1. Lower the door window glass.
   

1. Remove the upper belt moulding screw at rear of the door.
   

1. Using a non-marring trim tool, disengage the moulding from the channel in the door and remove the moulding.
   

1. Position aside the glass run weatherstrip.
   

1. Remove and discard the front door upper moulding.
   

Installation

1. NOTE: Make sure that a new component is installed.

   Install the front door uppper moulding.
   

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
