Ford Ecosport: Exterior Lighting / Removal and Installation - Headlamp Assembly

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. NOTICE: Take extra care not to scratch the headlamp lens.

   NOTE: RH side shown, LH side similar.

   1. Remove the headlight mounting screws.
      Torque: 27 lb.in (3 Nm)
   2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
      
   3. Remove the bolt and postion the front bumper cover tab upward.
      
   4. Remove the headlight assembly.
      

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   

1. NOTE: This step is only required if the part is being replaced.

   Adjust the headlamps.
   Refer to: Headlamp Adjustment (417-01 Exterior Lighting, General Procedures).
