Interior Trim Remover

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.

  1. If equipped.
    1. Rotate the cross member retainer nut counter clockwise and remove the retainer nut.
    1. Remove the roof luggage carriers.
  1. Using a non-marring trim tool, disengage retainer clips on the roof rail cover and remove the roof rail cover.
    Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
  1. Remove the roof rail bolts and remove the roof rail.
    Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
  1. Using a non-marring trim removal tool, remove the roof rail moulding.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
