Ford Ecosport: Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry Systems / Removal and Installation - Keyless Entry Rear Antenna

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the luggage compartment floor cover.
  1. Position the liftgate weatherstrip aside.

  1. Remove the load compartment scuff plate trim panel.
    1. Remove the pin-type retainers.
    1. Release the clips and the locator pins.
    1. Disconnect the keyless entry rear antenna electrical connector.
  1. NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.


    Remove the keyless entry rear antenna
    1. Remove the screws.
    1. Remove the keyless entry rear antenna and bracket assembly.
    1. Remove the keyless entry rear antenna from the bracket assembly.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
