Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. 
   Remove the floor console upper trim panel.
   
   • Disconnect the electrical connectors.
     Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Remove the RH cover and bolt.
   Torque: 27 lb.in (3 Nm)

1. Remove the RH floor console front trim panel.
   

1. 
   Remove the screws and the RH hush panel.
   
   • Disconnect the electrical connectors.
     

1. Remove the HVAC glove compartment duct.
   

1. NOTE: Bolt located behind the glove compatment.

   Remove the bolt and the RH side floor duct.
   

1. NOTE: Some vehicles may only have 4 retainers in this location.

   Remove the retainers and remove the cabin air filter cover.
   

1. Remove the cabin air filter.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
