Ford Ecosport: Front End Body Panels / Removal and Installation - Cowl Panel

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the cowl panel grille.
   Refer to: Cowl Panel Grille (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Detach the retainer and position the inlet manifold to brake booster vacuum pipe.
   

1. Remove the cowl panel mounting bolts.
   

1. Gently pull from the clips and remove the cowl panel.
   

1. NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

   Remove the noise insulator from cowl panel.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
