Removal
NOTE:

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

If equipped, remove the bolts and the underbody shield.

Disconnect the oil pressure switch electrical connector.
-

Remove and discard the oil pressure switch.
Torque:
Stage 1:
106 lb.in (12 Nm)
Stage 2:
180°

If the oil pressure switch is to be reused, apply thread sealant to the oil pressure switch threads.

Installation
