Removal

NOTE: 8 inch display is shown, all other displays are similar.

1. Release the clips and remove the screw cover trim panel.
   Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Remove the screws.
   

1. Release the clips, position the FDIM up until the locating tabs are above the mounting bracket.
   

1. Release the clips and position the instrument panel top center trim panel forward and up.
   

1. NOTE: Instrument panel top center trim panel with instrument panel speaker is shown, instrument panel top center trim panel without instrument panel speaker is similar.

   Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the instrument panel top center trim panel and FDIM as an assembly.
   Torque: 93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)

1. Remove the screws and the instrument panel top center trim panel.
   

1. Remove the screws and the FCIM .
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
